We believe in repurposing and giving new life... and in bourbon. We have carefully selected barrels from renowned distilleries such as Jack Daniels and Buffalo Trace, transforming them into extraordinary blades. The remnants and stains from the aging process are preserved, honoring the rich heritage and craft of bourbon-making.

Crafted from 140-Year-Old Wood

What makes this Kiwi especially unique is the carrier—it's no ordinary accessory. Crafted from 140-year-old White Oak, it carries a story that spans generations. Just like bourbon, which requires a minimum of 2 years of aging in White Oak barrels, we repurposed lumber from a New England barn that has sat, aging, for 140 years. The beautifully petina of the carriers serves as a reminder of the transformative power of time. No two carriers are alike; each one is a truly unique masterpiece.
