30 Day Manufacturers Warranty
We stand by the craftsmanship of our products. Your ErgoKiwi is protected by a Manufacturers Warranty for 30 days from your purchase date and covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, ErgoKiwi will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
One Year Extended Warranty
Upon receiving your product you will receive information on how to register your ErgoKiwi products for a free, 1-Year Warranty. If you do not have that information, you can always visit the link here. By registering your product within 30 days of purchase, this one Year Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ErgoKiwi (the "Physical Goods"). You must register your ErgoKiwi product within 30 days of purchase.
What does this 1-Year Warranty cover?
By registering your product, your One Year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, ErgoKiwi will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
ErgoKiwi will either repair the Product at no charge, using new replacement parts.
How long does the 1-Year Warranty coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from ErgoKiwi is 365 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this One Year Warranty not cover?
This One Year Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
